As lead pastors, we are dedicated to guiding our community with integrity. Our mission is to foster a welcoming environment where everyone can grow in their faith and connect with one another. We are committed to serving with humility and inspiring others to live out their purpose. Together, we can make a positive impact in our church and beyond.

We are the assistant pastors of The Well and Waco. Our job is supporting the pastor, teaching classes, assisting with pastoral care, and coordinating programs and events. Another job duty is making sure all the moving parts are there for each service. We implement the work of the lead pastor and assist the entire church body in its ministry, in cooperation with the worship team where Juanita serves as pianist

As Recovery Pastors, we are committed to walking alongside individuals on their path to healing and renewal. Our role is to offer compassionate support, encouragement, and a sense of community for those seeking recovery. Together, we foster an environment hope and growth, celebrating the strength found in faith and shared experiences.

As campus pastors, we are dedicated to nurturing and guiding our community, fostering a welcoming environment where everyone can grow in their faith. We aim to support individuals on their spiritual journeys, providing encouragement, resources, and a sense of belonging.
